Up for auction I have The Legend of Zelda for the NES. It is in excellent condition and works perfect. Get this classic Zelda game here for free!

Embark on a quest to find the Triforce, slay Ganon and save Princess Zelda in the timeless adventure game from Shigeru Miyamoto that invented the genre. Originally released for the Famicom Disk System in Japan, the game arrived in the US on cartridge in 1987. In an ingenious marketing ploy, Nintendo released the game on a gold cartridge, so if you hadn't heard about the glory of Zelda, the shiny cart would definitely catch your attention. And since Zelda originated on the Disk System, the US version also included the ability to save your game status via battery back-up -- a first for the NES. The game's release heralded the end of the days when console games were all about linear quests and never-ending twitch gameplay with small level variations or increasing speed settings.

I will not lower the days so please do not ask! If you want it now then use GIN! I am willing to work with the gin price but you have to ask before anyone bids!

whats the difference of this 1 and the gold copy of this game because the nintendo system that i won from here come with 19 games and it just happened to be gold lol i never seen a gold nintendo game b4 is it rare or just what color copy of the game u got to pick?

that is a long time! It might be worth a little more but I think for them to be worth a good amount they would have to still be in there original package!

yea if you dont have the box the game came in it wipes like 60 to 80% of the value away to most people lol :/ owell

Yeah, I have a gameboy advance that is brand new in the box and it sells for $150-$300 online and a used one not in the box is about $20-$40.

not a collectors edition gold was the first color they released

It's pretty sad how I remember all the maps, all the tree tiles to burn with the candles, every wall to use bombs on, and where all the Heart Containers are... o_O

the gold edition was the first - the grey is the later release - which is more uncommon cuz everyone had the gold version - its worth a couple more bux cuz of the rarity - mainly just nice to have both if ur a collector
