I have 2 of these and use 1 for myself, and love using bluetooth to listen to my music while I'm working, or outside at the gym..etc. I don't need 2 though. The 2nd one is still in its package.

These do come with a charger. I do not know much about ps3's, but when I was looking online I found some conversations of people that were able to use these headphones on the ps3's, but that is as far as I know. They were a gift, but I believe they are sold at Best Buy.
