This item has been tested and is in good working conditon.

I am unsure of the exact CPU that is in the board as it has been lapped to the heatsink and the information is not on the top of the chip.

That is the CNR port. It can be used for modems and lan devices, and uses the processor directly eliminating driver compatiblility issues. You can read more on it here: http://www.ehow.com/facts_5109929_cnr-port.html

I would have to have that phone on hand to unlock it with software, However you can try the suggestion here:

This is a really good board. I am running it as I write. I upgraded from a 32 bit 2.2 GHZ cpu to a 64 bit 2.8 GHZ cpu and 2 gig of ram, and a gforce 8400GS graphics card.That is all you need. it's fast and has never locked up. Whoever gets this board will enjoy it.
