Are you in Canada? You realize it's coming from Canada, right? I would prefer to send it in a bubble envelope, especially if going through customs, but if you swear you want it in a letter envelope without protection, then I would be willing to send it to you that way, without any guarantees of any kind, if you pay by PayPal, but I'm going to charge you $1, since PayPal will charge me about .25 for the transaction and postage to the USA for a reg letter envelope is about .85.
