Can be used for a dog or Cat Is too small for my dog won it off here and it just doesnt fit him has to be an xxs it looks so is like new only had it myself a week before posting it.

Ok here is how I do shipping winner pays if in between the 3rd and the 26th of any given month. if auction ends before the 26th and after the 3rd however if winner is willing to wait until the 26th-1st and a few more days or so for shipping time I can do free shipping ask me first if I can or not either way that’s why and all my auctions will say now buyer pays exact but this will be in each description from now on its US only cause international you know you guys often cost way more depending on the type of item it is.
