Butterfly orchid” is a beautiful annual flower with fine fern-like foliage, and very long lasting blooms! not a true orchid, they’re also known as the “poor man’s orchid”. this mix includes pink, cream, blue-violet, and rose, in multi-colored flowers. they are very heavy bloomers and grow quickly. they bloom from late spring to early fall, and are sure to be something that everyone notices!

they are very easy to grow from seed, and prefer average to fertile soil, but can tolerate a variety of well-drained soil conditions. they grow best in a location in partial sun, and tolerate drought well after they’re established.

Is it easy to get seeds from it for the next year? Will it reseed itself? I'm on the border of zone 8 & 9. Fanned & watching.

im not sure.. this is first time ive grown them too.. they are annuals and usually reseed themselves or you can propagate the seeds when the mother plant dies down. they are from florida and bahamas.
