The listing, Uber-cool 1960s Style Fetish Necklace with TONS of NEAT beads! has ended.
This is about the strangest necklace I've ever seen, REALLY long with BIG strange beads and a "carved" plastic blue bear. Looks very Native American to me, possibly from the 1960s or early 1970s (when I was a teenager, so I'm kind of an expert on that era!). The large white double-cone shape beads look and feel like leather, but I think all of the beads on here are plastic except the four large blue glass lampwork beads.
Wear it, or take it apart to re-use all these very large beads ... great as focal beads or even earrings ... they are very lightweight!
Free US shipping too!
I have quite a few of these old necklaces, some bead findings and several jewelry displays on Listia this week and I generally list a few items each night ... watch my upcoming listings at http://www.listia.com/profile/auctions/28303
* Sterling (yes, sterling) earring hooks
* straight AND looped headpins!
* S-curved silver tubes (I LOVE these, it's what got me started buying more findings--see necklaces I made with them at http://s247.photobucket.com/albums/gg146/natahoa/Jewelry/)
* C-curved silver twist and plain tubes
WARNING to bidders ... many bids placed in the last minute never register. At night, when lots of auctions are ending, Listia's servers get overwhelmed and slow down. If you want something PLEASE place your bid at LEAST two minutes before the auction ends--before it's too late!
