I would have o say 2xl. It is so beautiful. I am hot natured and i just couldn't get the right pants. But even Capris of any color. The blue is a dark navy blue.

It is 33 inches from neck to bottom, Middle button to Arm pit is 16 inches. It rolls up to elbow or with out the tapered sleeve or leaving it unbuttoned. I will add picture of the quarter sleeve.
