No idea. One of the tributes from The Hunger Games. There are 27 (all 24 tributes, plus Gale and both Peeta and Katniss in their 'on fire' outfits. It's like buying collector cards. You dont know till you open it.

If they haven't sold out: you can find them at Target, WalMart or Hastings.

Many ppl look in the wrong place. You'll find them with the trading cards, not action figures.
