kewlness.. whenever i make enchiladas. i spend about as much time cleaning the pan as i do eating the food. this, would change that, thank you for posting these :)

I know what you mean about enchiladas sticking to the
pan, not matter how much cooking spray or pre
greasing...same thing with lazagna.
This is a heavy duty
food service product that you get to try at home.
