I know this is kind of random, but I did some searching online (mostly with the Japanese lettering and images printed on the package, and I'm pretty sure I found out that the game is (or contains) Tokimeki Memorial 2 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tokimeki_Memorial_2) - A Japanese dating sim game. The image on the left (of the package) has a title that looks sort of like "Xeijpil 2" which matches the title of the game on that wiki page exactly.

Now you know what it is ^_^
