yes you can say no refunds! it up to the seller if he/she want to refund it that only he/she responds within 5 days or the credits is automatic refunded! anyway what do you mean extra? does the pole come with other items?

You use credits to bid on listia,I always offer free shipping,alot has been said about the things i list,I never send out bad products,So I was paying for shipping and not getting my product back plus refunding credits,so I decided no refunds.I really dont want to but I cant be paying for everything,I hope you understand!!
