Special First Day of Issue card! Special in that, this isn't the usual envelope cover. These are made on hard stock, and made for framing, or for special presentation in an album. The cards are 6" X 9". The artwork cachet is slightly raised, to give it a "framed" look. Each card has a brief history about the stamp printed on the back. Yeah, you don't see these very often, that's for sure. I can only assume Fleetwood quit making them because they didn't go over that well.
