any scratches on the discs? what condition is the case in?

There are a few surface scratches on each cd/ The cds are in the orginal slide in folder, not plastic but cardboard. I think the scratches must come when pulling them out of each folder because I've only listened to each cd once and the set was given to me as a gift...still packaged from the store. The box and slide in folder for the cds is in great condition and the cd's play perfectly.
