I don't think you have to be a member, since it doesn't state that on the card. Just as long as u are not an employee (from my understanding) you can use it. It's a FREE visit to sunless tan (spray tan/faux tan). I have one near my home, but just don't have the time to visit there. I have 2 available- you can use one and a friend could too. So, if you are interested, I will throw the other one in too. Hope I answered your question(s).

ok I bid on this at the last min I just bought a tanning bed but there are some parts on the body that does not tan that well like underneath the buttcheek so I used to get this done at least once week.

Ok. I have never had this done before, but use a sunless tanner on my face since I don't tan very well (burn normally on my face). You might be able to use both coupon cards- but I am not 100% sure. It wouldn't hurt to ask. :)
