How much is shipping...is it flat rate or exact and if exact will u be letting winner know.and refunding if they think its too much?

realize that makes no sense right...if we dont know how much shipping is how r we supposed to know if we want to pay it? just sayin....usps has an online calculator to calculate shipping costs and a flat rate box for this would probably be about 10 bucks. i know he small flat rates are like 5.30 very interested if i find out beforehand how.much id be paying.
