I don't really know anything about this phone other than I won it here and gave it to my mom who has T-Mobile and could not get it to dial out when she put her sim in it. I won it here and even tried to return it to the insane lady that I got it from, but she would not take it. So best case scenario it works and we were doing something wrong or worse case you get a phone for parts. It powers on as you can see and ithas been sitting in a drawer for about 2 months. LOL So the battery is definitley good and will be fully charged when you get it, but there will be no charger as that belongs to another phone. This phone is not a touch screen or a smart phone.
