Normal wear and tear. One small spot on the upper right corner. Back is still on the phone and in good condition

Not sure I got it from someone and I have always used it on AT&T go plan. Or AT&T prepay service. Never tried it with any other carrier.

It cover the whole screen. It's bad but you can still what on the screen. I will try to update the picture with the phone turned on
