The listing, Pink Banana Republic Dress size 8!!! Just in Time for Spring!!! (Tag Still On - EXCELLENT CONDITION) has ended.

cute & fun, pink banana republic dress ... makes a great addition to your spring/summer wardrobe. size 8. never worn & tag still on. in excellent condition. this was a gift i received last year, but never wore ... and besides, i am losing weight now to get back to a size 4.

note: the first two pictures show the true color of the dress. the last two i took with my phone camera & added later, so you could see the label.

one shoulder has pleats on top, the other has a black zipper.

61% rayon/rayonne
35% nylon
4% spandex/elasthanne

dry clean only.

this comes from a smoke-free home. (i never smoked, tried my dad's cigarette once when i was 12 and didn't like it. lol)

All of this was done --- i.e., sending support tickets, on april 25, 2012 & soon as i saw that my comments didn't register in the dispute, i immediately sent support tickets so that they could be added. the times of everything have been documented as well.

I loved this dress when I first saw it when you first auctioned it, but I didnt win the first time around! I'm about 5 ft 1 do you think this would be long? I love it! :)

I don't want to judge because everyone's body-type may be different, so the dress may fill out differently. I'm 5'4" and when I hold the dress up to me -- matching the shoulders part of the dress to my shoulders, it falls slightly below the knee. But I have never tried it on officially. I hope maybe that helps you in some way to gauge the size.

Look how much time she can waste writing stuff here, but couldn't take 15 seconds and ask for my address. I am sure I entered it, and it should have gone through, still baffled why it didn't. But, would have been nice if seller would have asked for it, and not emailed me on day 10, 4/25 saying she RELISTED and was keeping my credits, and thanks for bidding anyways. Unreal!! Standing behind my dispute as this is completely unfair!

Amazing that seller could contact Listia twice after dispute, but not one email from 4/16-4/25 asking for my address. Amazing!!! Seller acts as if she is fair, but has no intentions of making this right, either sending the item I won or refunding my credits. Definitely someone I'd never do business with again.

... regarding this issue above with the buyer, yesterday, April 25, 2012, -- I had also sent support tickets to Lisitia (ticket#s 141355 & 141379) regarding me challenging this dispute. My comments did not register initially when I hit the button that I wanted to challenge this dispute & I sent the above support tickets so that Listia could add my comments to the dispute. I have documented all claims and made appropriate copies. I AM UP FRONT, AND ALL I WANT TO DO IS ENJOY THIS WEBSITE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. I am truly upset over this. the buyer was negligent and instead of just stating that, and asking that i don't relist, she automatically sends me countless e-mails, trying to make her negligence my fault. i am a very understanding & considerate seller & buyer ... but she handled this whole situation wrong. i am only responding to this because she came on my page and made these false accusations instead of just handling it the right way. anyone who has dealt with my auctions in the past or in the future will know that i am very understanding.

*** ... and please note, if she had sent me an address, listia would have contacted "her" if i had not responded in terms of sending this item out -- so she wouldn't lose her credits. it was the other way around. i contacted her, but she never responded. she only sent her address "today" after her time was up & did not ask nicely that i send her the item anyway but accused me of being dishonest right from the start and sent me a barrage of e-mails. i am so sorry that this had to be out here like this. i am just trying to run fair and honest auctions. that is all.

Everyone who is looking at this page. i apologize for the comments of some people on this auction page. i have always handled myself professionally and appropriately on this site. i will not hide the comments that are being made because i have nothing to hide. i sent the winner of the auction an e-mail asking for their address -- she never responded in the allotted time, so now i am relisting. i am fair & honest, and it's said that some people have to resort to such tactics. instead of just appealing to listia, this person is trying to spread false accusations. this is just sad.

I am the original winner that won this item on 4/15 while I was at work on my break, and it is for a friend who fell in love with the dress. First time ever...thought I had confirmed address - not sure what happened. Not one time in 10 days does Seller email me - the Buyer for my address on Listia or via Facebook, then today contacts me that she is relisting and keeping my credits. So, I am the person that won the dress, and this seller never contacted me one time to inquire about my address, but kindly told me today she's keeping the credits after she relisted it. What a way to do business, wouldn't you say??? Would gladly rebid on dress, however if credits kept, you lost a great customer for life. It is really sad things can not be worked out fairly in this world, and treat others the way you would want to be treated.
