The listing, Handmade 2T ruffle skirt! has ended.

Top part of this came from a pair of 2T jeans - I made the bow from ribbons, the floral part came from a vintage western shirt, and the pink ruffle on the bottom was hand made from new cotton fabric.

Is in great shape! Never been worn. (my daughter is a 3T, and I made this one for fun to see how it does on here).

Lover your phrase for making recycled clothes "Cut UP"
My "baby" is now 35, but I made a LOT of her clothes from recycled items. You'd be amazed at what pretty holiday dresses one can make from a discarded prom or bridesmaid dress!
