John Ager, Hugh Beaumont and Nestor Paiva are three archeologists who stumble onto an unusual race of albino
beings beneath the earth's surface who shun all forms of light. These beings have mutant type mole men who are
used as their slaves. These archeologists have to gain the trust of the mole men to help them escape the underground
and get back to the surface.
