The listing, FOREVER 21 SHORT BLACK SKIRT WITH TAG size M has ended.

BEAUTIFUL FOREVER 21 short black skirt, size M made from 80% Polyester and 20% Spandex. It has embrodered leaves for the flowers, the flowers feel like thick nylon and they each have beads for their centers.

When I first saw it I thought it was a strapless top but the tag says skirt.Could probably be worn either way. Some of the pictures show it as gray because of the flash but it's very black.

thanks, from the top band to the Longest end it measures 21 inches but mind you the are others that are a Little shorter which I'm guessing cause I didn't think to measure that before putting it back,lol, that are aound 19-20 inches. hope that helps you to decide.
