The listing, Real Dried Flower "Painting" in Beautiful Frame, English has ended.
My Grandfather was a British Immigrant from Birmingham. I always thought he had this because he wanted to have something from the land he was born in around him. He had lived in the country, so dried plants, I think, reminded him of his youth, before he left for WWI at 14 years old!! Both flower arrangements appear to be signed MET, but I don't know what that means. If you want a bit of the flora and fauna of Britain, this is your auction. Thanks for stopping by and have fun!! Michelle p.s. The frame alone is great. I don't think it is expensive, but it is elegant!!
