I'm not exactly sure what a "driver" Is but when I googled drivers for cameras a ton of free downloads came up. Also, I'm sure the pictures can upload to any computer with the USB cable. =]

anychance of free shipping? also could you test the camera with a name brand battery to check that it is the batteries you were using that were causing short camera life? just want to be sure it isn't the camera itself :-)

I cant afford to do free shipping currently. I was using the rechargable batterys that made it die fastly. My mom wouldnt ever invest in the regular ones.

No, it didnt come with a wall charger. Its ran off batterys. =]
