These are new in box, I bought them but never wore them.( will not ship in box) The first color is more true, they are not bright. Shoe says 7 1/2 but i think up to an 8 1/2 could fit these. yes, i normally wear a 7 or 7 1/2 but in a shoe like this i wear an eight but they are a little big for me. That's why i also included the measurements to give ppl an idea. :) Thanks (hope this helps)
