I've never seen these kind of eyedrops before, can you use them if you have contacts?

Systane is an over the counter eye drop that is formulated to relive the symptoms of dry eyes, itching of the eyes, redness, etc. etc. Systane is a liquid (a gel formula is also available) that is a safe to use for virtually all types eye conditions and can also be used in conjunction with contact lenses.

no...... it's an eye dropper - you hold the bottle over your eye and squeeze out a drop or two - it should not touch your eye, that could scratch your cornea!
