The listing, Beautiful dress worn once to a wedding has ended.

This is a beautiful, light and airey, spring and summer dress that I only wore once to an outdoor wedding. It is a misses size large. I'm in an extra large and can no longer fit into it, sigh! It has a lovely blue lining and a sheer blue with pink orchids, outer layer. The outer sheer layer is layered in rows across the upper half. A fantastic, almost brand new dress for some lucky gal. Happy bidding.

Just noticed in the pic of the under lining it looks ike deoderant or something on it but I checked and there is nothing there. Must have been a trick of the lighting, lol.

I'm guessing a size 12. I now wear a misses 14 (sometimes a 16) and its too tight on me. I wore it about 3 years ago before gaining weight. Only once to an outdoor weddng. Its very pretty and in perfect condition. I just loved it but didn't have other occassions to wear it.

LOL, When I was young I was always a stick, skinny as a rail and I hated it, My Grandma always tried to make me feel better by telling me "The closer to the bone, the sweeter the meat" When I got into my late 30's and the weight started adding on she would tell me, "All the more to love". Boy do I love and miss my Grandma! She was full of wisdom and kindness!

I'm no seamstress, but, yes, I think so. It just couldn't be made larger. Of course the way it hangs, it may be ok like it is except for a little it the bust. Fanned back!

Love this dress! Because ruffles are a great disguise for a lumpy body like mine! I think this would be too big for me though. I'm going to look you up on Yardsellr. Ha ha, no I haven't tried the hotfudge one. My fav is 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 strawberry mixed together. Hand dipped of course. Having my black gold right now to get me started. Gotta have my 2 cups of coffee each day. Got several packages to ship today. I've also started listing some things on yardseller.com. I've sold one little vintage planter.
