It has no markings to say so. it has not rubbed off like costume stuff does. Im not sure the mark on the bottom is a c in a circle. Hope this helps!

I have had it for a while and usually with wear the costume stuff rubs off. This one has not. I would never say its Sterling unless it is marked and this is not.

It looks like it is made of pewter, and the c in the circle stands for copyright. F&W
