Pink mesh dog harness. It's Four Paws brand size large. My dog wore it a few times as a puppy until she outgrew it. Great for dogs who like water as it dries quickly and is easy to clean. Adjustable.

Is this adjustable? Like even though its a large is there any way to adjust the chest to fit a medium?

Yes it is adjustable. The chest size can vary by several inches. I don't want to say that it could adjust to what would be considered a medium because I don't know what a medium looks like.
