It is a plus size small. It runs like a Plus Small which is approx. measurements 42-44 in the bust area. It is a loose waist (not tight, so approx. measurement for a 42 1/2 to 44 1/2 high hip or so. If you have a low hip then add a couple extra inches to the hip measurements b/c it does run large. (It doesn't stretch a lot, but it is comfortably loose, and hard to tell, but I could get a couple inches added to the hip area just streching a little.) I like oversized tops, and thought of keeping it, but I really don't think I would wear it since it has been sitting for a long time. If someone who wore Large bought this, it would fit like 1x on someone smaller. It does say SMALL on it, but b/c it runs so big it appears to be a PLUS SMALL.
