MicroSoft Lifecam HD-6000 webcam for notebooks (laptops).
I only used this maybe a month. Its in excellent condition and comes with the protective carrying case.
Specs are listed below:

Yes. I have used it on the desktop however it's a little more difficult because the monitors are thicker and the webcam only adjust so far but I have used it that way. Just have to sit it just right.
