Was given this as a gift and it just doesn't look right on me... but someone with the figure could pull it off and look adorable. It is a small but runs a little big.

Yes my home is totally smoke free! I have serious allergies! I'm not totally sure I measured it correctly. (If you want to tell me how, I can do it) The inside tag actually says it is a 10...I guess the store "Small" tag was added...

Thank you so much for replying. If you could just lay it flat, and then measure from side to side where the waist gathering is, and then also flat from side to side "3 flowers patterns" below gathering. That would give me an idea about the fit. Thank you so much!

There is no true hips/waist because the band goes under the bust that measures 17in across. However, it is very strechy material and fits my 38" bust easily... and flows down over the waist and hips...
