On another occasion a bidder received positive feedback from me on 3-28 and on 4-01 complained that I had not responded and he had not rec'd the item. A whole 4 days had elapsed. As if this was not bad enough on 4-01 he left negative feedback for me.

Please allow 40 days before you make decisions on your sellers character that reflect mostly on you. I will ship everywhere in the world but I am not responsible for items once they leave the continental United States. In cases where it is warranted I will acquire a proof of mailing for $1.15. Postage costs $1.05 for a total of $2.20 out of my pocket to send items outside the US. Items that are not of premium value will be shipped direct mail with a scan showing the envelope mailed.
