That sounds good!, I never used to cook fish because the clay will absorb the fish flavour. but I bet that it would be delicious. Thank you for your comment!

I never really had a problem I would just use more salt when scrubbing clean. But I have like 4 of these and I just love them. I pass them out as gifts all the time. It man the salmon is just so moist is falls apart and just full of flavor.
