It has bronzers in it. So you can use it outside or tanning bed.. I use tingle and bronzers outside all the time

does anyone know what kind of tanning lotion to use for the first time? I gonna start going to a tanning salon and never been before and just trying to get some advice on first time tanning lotion before the salon trys to get me to buy theres an i hear there not cheap.

Any lotion with a bronzer would be the best. It promotes your tan, and within no time you look way tanner than with out a bronzer. Once you start you might try a bronzer with a low tingle factor, it brings the melatonin to the top of your skin and makes you get a great tan. But alot of people do not like the tingle. I do.

Swedish beauty has a low tingle I think Tickle me pink or something like that. If you look on face book I do also have some tingle factor lotion. Tattoo is a good one I have. Go to yardsellr look up tanning lotion there you will see the ones I have listed.
