This is a Young Adult Size Medium T-Shirt. It would be a perfect fit for a Small to medium size, Young girl between the age of 9 to 13 years old. Since it has Pink Flamingos on it... usually Boys do not like that type of design, so a young Girl would be better to wear this. A small size Female could wear this as a Night Shirt to Sleep in also.
