This blouse is made by Fashion Bug. It has a cummerbund in the middle that is covered with sequins. The material is a cotton/poly/spandex blend. The sleeves can be rolled up(please see picture). Color is white. The tag says size 18/20W. This is a preowned garment in excellent condition.
