I think this is hello kitty. Because it has a flower and not a bow... I'm not quite sure. I received from a friend but I never wore it.

It features rhinestones on it's Hello Kittys' eyes, face, and flower. There are a few places that have holes on the face of the ring but there were never any rhinestones in those locations.

The ring is adjustable, so there is no specific size.
