its because the seller doesnt actually own the item. ive seen this before. they basically buy it online and have it shipped right to you. and the credits is like a finders fee. i had this dont to me once. 7$ for a poster, and it had an invoice in the package. the seller actually MADE about 40 cents off me. its shady, but technically not against the rules. check out tmart.com thats where they come from
