*** New but has flaw** shown in picture 3 7 taken at an angal to kinda be able to see it, hard to see but want it known they they are there, small chips in frame and small scrach on lens, but dose not keep you from seeing, as I just noticed them myself, so they are hard to see but they are there**** reg. price shows 17.99 but i payed 10.00 becuse of flaws.

the lens only has a few scraches right it is not broken it looks like on the crack of the frame the lens is cracked to or is that just the sheet behind it making it look that way?
