Both are 400W supplies.

Yes, both have the P4 connector. They are both newer supplies, and so should be compatible with most current motherboards.

Please use the postage calculator on the USPS website for an estimate. It will take a box the size of the Priority Mail Flat Rate Large Box; in fact, that would be the option I'd use, even though it's a little expensive (about $15).
