There are 4 pieces altogether, however the largest (zebra print in the back) also has 3 additional squares attached to it...(as seen in the center)

Yes, the 3 pieces in the middle are included, and in fact "attached" to the largest zebra piece. They are simply smaller squares of the same fabric...but in different shades of the same zebra stripe. Does that make any sense? If I have time, I will try to get a picture of that sample alone...so that it might be more clear. :-)

I believe that most are cotton/poly blends, but I will double check and get back. They are, however, all pretty heavy weight fabric.
