The inside is a little dirty because its felt and dust and stuff sticks to it. It is able to be cleaned.

What are the dimensions, and how old do you think it is, is it plastic or?

It is around 6in long, 4.25in wide, 2.25in tall, and the inside is 1.25in deep. I got it when I was a teenager so I would say Ive had it for almost 15 years and I use the antique word here for style look only! I think it is some sort of plastic. Hope this helps!!
