Gold tone over I DON'T KNOW, but magnet does NOT stick, suspect copper, as this is a substantial, quality craftsmanship, beautiful piece. No wear marks, no missing stones, spring hinge is strong! Deep blue (sapphire color- emerald cut X2 - clear faceted round X 2 and smaller faceted clear X12 Rhinestones (?). No, I cannot find any markings.
