The listing, Red Hat Hair Band Hand Made Brand New has ended.

Hand made from pop tabs and ribbon. Each one was painted a bright red fingernail polish. I gave it 4 coats each! A bright glitter ribbon was used to braid them together. A gorgeous glittering rose app. 3 1/2" round was hand made and sewn to the head band. Elastic was hand sewn to the ends to stretch over the head. Be the bell of the ball with this unique piece!!! One of a kind!!! Made by me!!!!
