Well, not 100% brand new. I opened only 1 bag and did an art project with it but the lettering is just a bit too small for what I am trying to accomplish =( Lovely for art project or making jewelry though as I think that's what they are for lol. I stapled it back up and not 1 bead is missing. There are 280 pcs in each bag, Wonderful! =D

I will ship USPS 1st Class with a DC# by Paypal Shipping. I do carefully package your item(s) using one of my many recycled bubble or manilla envies.
