Just a suggestion, you dont need to charge someone .05 to get to the shipping part of paypal. Just go to the following link:

https://www.paypal.com/shipnow

You will need to log in but once you do you will be able to use paypal shipping.

Obviously this wont auto populate the winners address but it is a way of using paypal shipping without requiring payment through paypal.
