Got t for xmas used it twice now when i turn it on the light comes on but the screen is black could be fixed i just rather get a new 1 i would try to get it fixed it mite be nothing im not good with them the screen turns all the way around it has a speaker on it its jass hdv185 it also has a srape for your hand my phone dont take good pics sorry an its got a light on it to its brand new maybe its nothing i dont no i just said to myself instead of threwin it out ill put it on listia happy bidding any ?s feel free to ask thank you an i got the whire to hook it to your pc also.

Just the red light comes on it new i dont no what happen it can be fixed i just want a bigger 1 i got it for xmas an didnt want that 1 so ill be happy when i get my new one

Was it dropped? Sounds like the cable between the view window & camera is broken. I had a camera that the same thing happened to. But the camera still worked fine.
And if you just got, why did you not return it? And let them know it is broken, You would have been given a new one.
Not to be rude. The problem is it is a Jazz You can buy them at Wal-Mart for less then $30. Sorry, it may work for some people. But, Jazz is not a brand I would buy.
Good luck. I would have returned for store credit.
