Nope this is a Ernie Irvan Car. It was the Millennium Farewell salute...The story behind this is, It wasn't driven by Ernie because he had a bad wreck on Aug 20th, 1999 5yrs to the Day after a near fatal wreck @ Michigan he did it again and this was the career ender...He retired for his family. Jerry Nadeau drove this car but it clearly has Ernie Irvan's Name as a tribute to him.
