The listing, 1935A 50 Pfennig Aluminum WWII 3rd Reich Coin and Stamp has ended.
Hi you are bidding on a rare 1935A pfennig aluminum 3rd reich coin.I also have included an unused deutches reich stamp.By offering this coin at auction, I am in no way promoting Nazi idealogy. This is a collector's piece with real value and it is a piece of history.Thank you for looking...
all in all the set aint bad for lista, but youd get $5 tops for both on ebay or a collector since the coin is aluminum and the stamp is from the ukraine. if the stamp was german and the coin was nickel and has a swazi on it youd have yourself something of significant value
It was issued under the Third Reich(1933-1945) so it is considered a Third Reich coin. Some people don't consider them Third Reich coins unless they have the swastika on them though.
Coinage from Hitler's Third Reich span from 1933 to 1945. Most, but not all Third Reich coins display a swastika. If you look in the book 'Standard Catalog of World Coins 1901-2000' it lists this coin 1935-A under Third Reich coins. Although the later 50 Pfennig in 1939 had a swastika added to it beneath an altered eagle. The coin you have was minted during the Third Reich and is thus listed as a Third Reich Coin. So yes it is a Third Reich coin.
crockett50hwy, with you on that. I don't pretend to be an authority on them but I do have a reasonable collection of WWII coins, so have a bit of knowledge backed up with some decent books which say what's what.
